Hello! I’m Jessica Riker

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, and self confidence issues, offering a space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.
My goal as a counselor is to make therapy feel approachable, warm, and genuinely helpful. I bring a blend of compassion and thoughtfulness to each session, creating an active and engaging space that encourages meaningful self-reflection.
Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, I help clients reframe unhelpful thoughts and develop practical coping skills they can use in their daily lives. Together, we’ll focus on insight, growth, and actionable change to support you both inside and outside of the therapy room.
